Self Assessment

Trust – For me trust is like a puzzle that you connects each piece in its certain place to have a beautiful outcome. A puzzle that removable and anytime you can by fix it but it took several times to build it again. My answer is just a half of 100% because I know that the left of 54.67 is what the Trust I give to myself. I can say that trust is a chain of forgiveness. Once you forgive them about what they do to you that means you may trust them once again and give them a chance to be better.  Because again,  not only the past should define a person.  What really matters is that how brave you are to rise and trust again after all.  This survey helps me alot because it developed my social skills and to be more productive in different aspects of life.
Resilience – “when you fall seven times you must get up eight times.” the quote that always stock in my head when there are so many obstacles when I step in the isle of my success.  60 out of 100 is my resilience score because at my age right now I can do decisions that leads to failure. So when we talk about decisions I always ask help by my mother.  She gave me some pieces of advice that I usually used to pursue my goals in life.
Diversity – 70 out of 100 is my score.  This time I must develop my confidence to join into on other group of people to fill up the remaining 30%. By using my social skills I directly unite or combined into one.  Changing conversation is the easy way to communicate to others. So I believed that by doing this type of access it increases the respect and trust of different groups.
Belief – I do believe that anyone can influence others by doing such good things. 72. 67 is the percentage that I give to my self and the remaining score are the influence of others that can full fill the belief that what I’m looking for. Believing to myself that soon I will become a successful person is enough to prove that I can be influence my elder brother and sisters to focus in just only one goal in life. Also by believing, I can make a legacy to others.
Perfection – knowing my strengths and weaknesses are enough to prove that no body is perfect.  60 out of 100 is my score. And sad to say I become a perfectionist person sometimes. I judges the looks of other instead of respecting them. I have also insecurities that kills my confidence but by the help of this survey I must love myself more than others. Loving my flaws in any type of aspects helps me to become more confident. And I must gather some information to become more a better person than today to socialize with others.
Collaboration – in an organization I can say that they must need a collaboration first because that is the bridge to get the goal.  Sometimes I become a leade in a group activity and I will share to you that being a leader is having a great responsibility but in order to catch up the goal I do gathering of information or collaborate with my team to share our instinct and thoughts on how to achieve goal.Comfort zone – 46. 67 out of 100 which is the lowest score that I had. For me it is very hard to get out of my comfortzone because this is my home base. In some case these kind of comfort zone don’t cause me too much stress and anxiety. Also you can find peace wth yourself when you are comfortable to the things that you are usually doing. So for now,  I will look forward to become a productive person I must change my life style.
Innovation zone – I can say that I’m a productive person because I got 80 out of 100 in my innovative zone.  Being a critical thinker and creative person I’m looking forward into new ways on how to be more productive.  Because doing this type of innovation process will save my time,  money or other resources.

The ultimate goal is to streamline the whole course of action for bringing a big idea to market. Customers are clear as to what they want, but hypothesis-testing is more valuable.

By using Lean Startup Methodology the organizations can create a system that helps the organization by providing them tools to test the vision consistently. This methodology is not just about spending less; it is also about a methodology that helps the development of the product. This feature will surely boost your business and enhance the revenues.

Know Your Innovative Self
The Berkeley Innovation Index (BII) is an open research project created at UC Berkeley’s Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship & technology (SCET). In cooperation with industry professionals, BII has been developed to offer simple yet powerful ways to measure something never before measurable: An individual’s innovative mindset level, by relating it to seven traits linked to individual innovation capability.MORE ABOUT SCETLEARN ABOUT BIIIndividual Innovation Mindset Report   As the horizontal line shows, your Personal Innovation Mindset Level is currently   63 OUT OF 100.

To learn more about each component, here is the link.

  • Belief is 72.67 OUT OF 100. People with similar scores find that it is often easy to believe that one has the power to influence one’s functioning and life circumstances.
  • Perfection is 60 OUT OF 100. People with similar scores sometimes struggle to successfully look outside of their current challenges to find suitable resources.
  • Collaboration is 60 OUT OF 100. People with similar scores sometimes have a hard time encouraging, supporting their team/group members, and fostering cooperation to stimulate team/group participation.
  • Comfort Zone is 46.67 OUT OF 100. People with similar scores find that once in a while, they have difficulty abandoning the old ways to develop new ways of working.

RECOMMENDATIONS: The following is the recommendation for your trust, resilience and diversity trait based on your score. To get more recommendations, here is the link.

  • You are average in Trust. To continue to improve, invest in your emotional bank account. Every time you do something, predictable, people around, you will learn to trust you back. This is what is called an “emotional deposit.”
  • You are average in Resilience. To continue to improve, take decisive actions rather than detaching completely from problems and stresses and wishing they would go away.
  • You are high in Diversity. Since you know how to consider a variety of perspectives, attitudes, opinions, and beliefs, continue to improve this by hearing ‘ideas’ that differ from your own. By doing so, your peers will be able to mimic your behaviors and admire your abilities.

This report is limited in scope and is intended to provide you with a summary of your innovation mindset, as well as to aid you in improving your innovation capability. To learn more about our surveys, or to learn how to collaborate with us, inquire about becoming a Contributing Partner.

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus your own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
